On 2 Sep 2026 TechCrunch reported that Austin-based HiddenLayer raised $100 million in Series B funding led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft’s M12, Booz Allen Hamilton, and others. CEO Chris Sestito said ARR grew more than 10x over the past year to the “tens of millions,” driven mostly by new customers. The company sells discovery, runtime protection, attack simulation, and supply-chain security for AI models and agents, and plans to expand sales in Europe/EMEA while extending coverage to prompt injection, agent manipulation, and open-weight model scanning.
