On 3 Sep 2026 TechCrunch (via Bloomberg) reported that Crusoe raised a new $3 billion round at a $30 billion valuation. The deal is co-led by Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Mubadala Capital. Crusoe counts Meta, Microsoft and OpenAI among customers and recently signed a reported $13 billion, five-year cloud/GPU contract with Jane Street. The raise comes ~10 months after a $1.38B round at $10B (Oct 2025). Founded in 2018 as flared-gas crypto mining, Crusoe pivoted into hyperscale AI infrastructure. Axios reported last month it met Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley about a near-term IPO.
