Developer Michael Ochoa has filed plans with Clark County for Silverado, a hotel-casino at the northwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Richmar Avenue, about five miles south of the Strip. A county staff report describes a first phase with 300 hotel rooms, a 57,000-square-foot casino, food and beverage, entertainment and conference space, and a second phase adding 150 rooms, with two six-story hotel buildings and a five-level parking garage on the 13.5-acre site.
